Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items.
- Customized or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or not what you ordered, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and invoice for quick resolution. After validating your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
- Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product or wish to exchange for a different item, please reach out to us. Exchange requests are handled based on availability and eligibility.
Exceptions
- Products returned without an invoice or not in their original packaging cannot be accepted.
- Returns raised beyond 15 days of delivery will not be processed.
